A Look Inside Our 30th Anniversary Special Edition

This October, Eagle Power & Equipment is proud to share a special milestone with our customers, partners, employees, and friends as our 30th Anniversary commemorative insert appears in the Northeast Edition of Construction Equipment Guide.

While the publication highlights the growth of our company from two locations in 1996 to five locations serving Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland today, it is ultimately a story about people. It is a reflection on the relationships, hard work, and shared commitment that have made three decades of success possible.

The anniversary issue traces our roots back to founder Jerry McDonald, whose journey in the equipment industry began long before Eagle Power & Equipment was established in 1996. It explores how a family-owned business built on integrity, honesty, and customer service evolved into one of the region’s leading construction and compact equipment dealerships.

At the heart of the story is family. The publication shares how Jerry’s vision continues today through the leadership of Matt McDonald and Bridget McDonald, who have carried forward the values that shaped the business from day one: treat people fairly, solve customer problems, and build relationships that last.

Just as important are the employees who have helped build Eagle Power over the past 30 years.
