Heavy Equipment Technician – 3rd Class

Job Description
Eagle Power and Equipment is seeking dedicated and professional Heavy Equipment Technicians to join our team at our New Castle, DE location. This is a union position offering competitive benefits and opportunities within a family-owned company committed to growth and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment, particularly CASE and Kubota construction equipment. Knowledge of other brands will also be considered.
- Service and repair Allied RAMMER Hammers and other hydraulic attachments.
- Complete work efficiently and accurately according to OEM Standard Repair Times.
- Utilize computer systems for diagnostics and repair documentation.
- Travel as necessary for OEM training.
Requirements
- Mechanical Knowledge: Minimum 3 years (Required)
- Experience: Previous experience as a heavy equipment technician, preferably with CASE or Kubota equipment
- Computer Proficiency: Ability to use computers for diagnostics and documentation
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% for OEM training (Preferred)
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Preferred)
