Position: Outside Sales Representative – Construction, Turf & Tractor Equipment
The Opportunity
We are looking for a proven outside sales hunter who knows how to create opportunities, build pipelines, and win new business. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, opening doors, visiting jobsites, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
If you need a desk, inbound leads, or heavy management direction to stay productive, this role will not be a fit.
What Success Looks Like
High performers in this role:
Consistently prospect and develop new customers.
Make daily outbound sales calls and jobsite visits.
Confidently demonstrate equipment and explain applications in the field.
Use rentals as a sales tool to open doors and close deals.
Develop deep, working knowledge of equipment capabilities and jobsite needs.
Build long-term relationships while aggressively growing territory share.
Take full ownership of results, pipeline, and follow-through.

Territory & Compensation
Field-based role focused on Philadelphia, Chester & Delaware Counties, PA.
Competitive base salary + commission.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license (required) with vehicle.
Outside sales experience (preferred).
Computer experience. Familiar with Word, Excel, and CRM programs.
