First on the hot seat is Sales Representative Jim Lutz. Find out what Jim had to say below!

Q: What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?
A: Family, I take great pride and pleasure in my family life. I am fortunate to have a family that is happy and healthy. I am extremely proud of my children, Rachel (age 14) and Collin (age 12). They are both excellent students and very successful in their extracurricular activities. I also need to tip my cap to my wife, Suzanne, because she is a driving force in keeping our kids successful and on top of things!

Q: Do you have an office nickname? What is it?
A: Our Sales Manager and my boss, Dean Leonetti, has named me #1. I tend to be a bit OCD when doing my work. The office staff that has to process the deals that I submit are extremely happy with my habits. On the flip side, I take some heat (all in good fun) from my sales counterparts about my “completeness”.

Q: What advice would you give to recent new hires?
A: As a new hire, you are lucky to join our team. The environment that is in place really allows you to be who you want to be personally and professionally. Our owners, Matt and Bridget McDonald are available and approachable about personal and business matters. We have many employees on staff who have been with us a long time (40 plus years). There is definitely something to be said about an environment that allows that longevity to happen. It is not always a perfect world, but we do a pretty good job of doing things the right way.

Q: Which cartoon character would you most like to switch lives with?
A: My family and I are big fans of Disney, so I would have to say, Mickey Mouse. I think that Mickey Mouse is the iconic symbol of true happiness and a care free attitude. The “happiest place on earth” wouldn’t be a bad place to live!
